I rate them so highly… they’re flexible in their approach

Through FX Networks, we have online access to the status of all our systems and network traffic. I haven’t seen anything as immediate and interactive as that … you can just go in there and see what the traffic is like rather than get monthly reports!

Another reason I rate them so highly is they’re flexible in their approach. Other organisations tend to have a fixed type of design infrastructure that they support whereas FX have come up with some really innovative and flexible solutions to problems we’ve had.
